Introduction

Welcome to the manual for effectively utilizing Antsomi CDP 365 and streamlining your daily operations! Importing your valuable Excel list of business cards collected at events into Antsomi CDP 365 is the first step towards deepening customer understanding and achieving personalized approaches.

This guide aims to provide a first successful experience for sales representatives, even those less familiar with PC operations, enabling them to easily import lists and leverage the powerful features of Antsomi CDP 365. We will provide clear, easy-tounderstand steps to help you overcome any apprehension towards this tool and gain confidence in using it.

3 Steps to Migrate an Excel List to Antsomi CDP 365 - A Beginner's Guide for Sales Representatives

Step 1: Preparing and Organizing Your Excel File

Objective: Optimize the format of your Excel file for a smooth import into Antsomi CDP 365.

Key Points:

🔑 Required Field: "Email Address": This is the most crucial piece of information for identifying customers. Always include it in your list and ensure each entry is unique.
👤 Recommended Fields: Basic customer information such as Name, Phone Number, Company Name, and Country is highly valuable for personalization. We recommend organizing this information into separate columns.
🏷️ Clear Column Headers: The first row of each column should have a clear and descriptive header (e.g., "Name," "Email Address," "Phone Number," "Company Name," "Country"). This is essential for accurately mapping your Excel columns to the corresponding customer attributes in Antsomi CDP 365 during the import process.
🧹 Data Cleanup: To the extent possible, clean your data by correcting typos, standardizing notations (e.g., "Co., Ltd." vs. "Co."), unifying character types (full-width/half-width), and removing unnecessary symbols. Higher quality data leads to more accurate analysis and personalization in Antsomi CDP 365.
💾 Save Format: Save your prepared file in .xlsx or .csv format.
