Introduction

Antsomi CDP 365 is a powerful software designed to unify data from multiple sources. It helps create a single customer view, presents data in a single dashboard with meaningful insights, and activates the data with marketing automation across multiple channels. It serves as a Customer Data Platform that connects various data sources to build a 360-degree customer view, which is then used for omnichannel marketing, reports, and analyses.

At the core of its data automation capabilities is the powerful "Dataflows" module.

Introduction-a_Automate Your Data Import _From Google Sheets to Antsomi CDP 365.png

This module is engineered to set and manage data processing automation. Its primary functions involve:

  • Connecting data from first parties: This means ingesting raw customer data from various sources. Antsomi CDP 365 supports a wide range of Data Source Connectors, including common platforms like Google Sheets, Oracle, Google Analytics, and BigQuery.
  • Processing it through various actions: Once data is ingested, it can be transformed, filtered, or enriched. The Dataflows module offers a variety of Action nodes to manipulate data, such as Add data, Add columns, Filter, Script/SQL, Aggregate, and Join/Merge/Split Columns.
  • Sending it to multiple destinations: After processing, the transformed data can be pushed to various channels. Common destinations include the CDP Business Object (for creating customer profiles), Google Sheet, Google Audience, Facebook Audience, and BigQuery.

This comprehensive functionality significantly reduces manual effort and ensures that your customer data within Antsomi CDP 365 is always up-to-date.

Chapter 1: Specific Challenge

Chapter 1_Automate Your Data Import _From Google Sheets to Antsomi CDP 365.png

In today's business landscape, customer data is often spread across various disparate systems such as CRM, social media platforms, and digital ad platforms. This dispersed data can be overwhelming to manage.

A common and significant challenge for businesses is when they use Google Spreadsheets to maintain valuable customer information. Manually exporting data from Google Spreadsheets, importing it into a Customer Data Platform, and then mapping the fields is often a very cumbersome and time-consuming process. This manual effort makes it difficult to keep customer data consistent and up-to-date across all systems, leading to inefficiencies and outdated customer profiles. The desire to automate the process of bringing data from Google Spreadsheets into the Customer Data Platform is a recognized need.

Chapter 2: Step-by-Step Procedure
