Introduction
Welcome to Antsomi CDP 365! This manual acts as your "Antsomi CDP 365 Map," guiding new users through the platform's core functionalities for a smooth and successful experience. Antsomi CDP 365 is an AI-driven Customer Data Platform (CDP), featuring marketing automation capabilities to help businesses unify and activate customer data. It builds a 360-degree customer view from both online and offline data, enabling personalized, omnichannel customer experiences. The interface is split into the Workspace and the Vertical menu. This guide highlights the Vertical menu on the left, containing the main modules of Antsomi CDP 365, allowing you to quickly access its powerful features. Review the illustration below to quickly orient yourself within the platform.
01. Marketing Module
The Marketing Module in Antsomi CDP 365 is the engine for delivering personalized, multi-channel customer experiences. It centralizes the management of marketing automation scenarios, configuration of delivery channels, and deployment of personalized content. Leveraging 360-degree customer views, it provides large-scale personalization across various channels such as email, web personalization, and SMS. It integrates customer segments with messaging, supporting efficient campaign execution.
📚 What you can do here:
Campaigns
• The Campaigns section represents the second hierarchical level of the Marketing module. While the Journey defines the overall automation flow, a Campaign is specifically attached to a marketing output channel or destination, such as Email or Web Personalization. A single marketing automation scenario (Journey) can encompass multiple Campaigns if it targets various channels or subsets of segments.

Read the Manual• This feature is vital for monitoring the performance metrics associated with message delivery. For example, after running an email journey, you can monitor metrics like Sent (delivery count) or Opens directly within the Campaigns section. When setting up a destination node in a campaign, you can define up to five content options, known as Variants (Level 3), which are the actual templates delivered as marketing messages, allowing for A/B testing based on their allocation probability.
Orchestration
• Orchestration centers around the design and management of Customer Journeys. A Customer Journey is the core marketing automation scenario designed to provide hyper-personalized experiences across multiple channels and customer lifecycle stages.

Read the Manual02. Content Module
The Content module centralizes resources for promotional and communication activities, primarily focused on managing reusable assets and link utilities.
📚 What you can do here:
Coupons
• The Coupons feature (or Promotion Center) is designed for managing promotion codes that are distributed to customers within automated marketing scenarios (Customer Journeys). This feature allows you to define the structure of the codes, control allocation limits (e.g., unique vs. multiple codes per person in a journey), and set expiration times for the entire pool.
• You can manage codes that are either automatically generated based on defined rules, uploaded manually from files, or pulled directly from external promotion engines like Shopify, or from promotion engines issued by end users through integration features. This centralized management ensures that the correct codes are allocated to the correct audience members during a journey. After a pool is set up, you can manually trigger a synchronization (FORCE SYNC) to pull the set quantity of codes from the source system into Antsomi CDP 365.
Short Links
• The Short Links (Link Management) feature) is designed to optimize messaging costs and enhance data tracking for your marketing campaigns. It is particularly valuable for cost-sensitive channels like SMS and Viber, allowing you to shorten long URLs and track click metrics even on channels that may lack native analytics capabilities. Beyond just shortening, this feature also enables you to declare and manage multiple custom (branded) domains for use in your marketing messages. This allows you to create branded links that align with your company's identity in communication efforts. Once configured, these shortened or branded links can be seamlessly inserted into campaign templates, such as WhatsApp message templates, alongside personalization attributes.
03. Templates Module
The Templates module specifically provides access to the applications for designing and managing the actual content templates used in your marketing campaigns. These templates are crucial for delivering personalized and relevant messages efficiently.
📚 What you can do here:
Media Template
• Create templates for website displays like pop-ups, banners, floating bars, and inline content. You can adjust settings like banner width, background color, insert images and text, and configure close buttons. It also supports creating multiple variants for A/B testing.
Email Template
• Design engaging email campaigns. You can select from a gallery of existing templates or start from scratch, adding images, text, buttons, and dynamic content. Remember to edit text boxes directly to avoid formatting issues and preview your emails on both desktop and mobile devices.

Read the Manual04. Profiles Module
The Profiles module is fundamental to Antsomi CDP 365, as it's where you build and manage the 360-degree customer view. This comprehensive profile brings together all available online and offline data for each individual.
📚 What you can do here:
Customers & Visitors
• Manage data for both identified customers (linked by attributes like email or phone number) and anonymous visitors (tracked by cookies).
• Viewing Customer Profiles: To view customer profiles, navigate to the "Profiles" module and select "Customers". Here, you will see a data table displaying various attributes for your identified customers. You can explore individual profiles for a detailed view of their interactions and information. You can also upload offline customer lists by clicking the "Import" icon in the Customers section, specifying how to match and update fields.

Read the ManualSegments
• Create targeted groups of visitors or customers based on various conditions, including events they've performed or specific attributes they possess. You can choose between static segments (calculated once) or dynamic segments (updated periodically).
Models
• Simulate the results of complex segment combinations before putting them into action, allowing you to refine your targeting strategies.
05. Data Module
The Data module (which includes Data Module and Dataflows) is responsible for connecting, managing, and processing all your customer data within Antsomi CDP 365. It ensures that your data is unified, organized, and ready for activation.
📚 What you can do here:
Data Schema
This module connects and manages data from your various first-party sources (e.g., Point-of-Sale systems, ERP, social media) and direct file uploads. It organizes raw data into "Events" (user interactions like page views or purchases) and "Business Objects" (structured data like customers, products, stores), enriched with attributes.
Dataflows
• This powerful module enables automated data processing. You can set up scenarios to:
- ● Connect data from various sources (e.g., Google Sheets, Oracle, Google Analytics).
- ● Process data through various actions like adding new columns, filtering, enriching, or running custom SQL queries.
- ● Send transformed data to multiple destinations, both within Antsomi CDP 365 (e.g., to update customer profiles) or externally (e.g., Google Audience, Facebook Audience, Google Sheets). This significantly reduces manual effort and keeps your customer data up-to-date.
06. Insights Module
The Insights module is dedicated to data analysis, reporting, and evaluating the performance of your campaigns and overall customer data. It allows you to present your customer data in a single dashboard.
📚 What you can do here:
• Explore: This feature, often found within specific modules like Customer Journeys, allows you to gain an overview of collected data by visualizing it with tables and charts. You can create custom templates or use available system templates to explore data at different levels (Journeys, Campaigns, Variants, Target Segments).
• Reports: The Reports feature enables the creation of business intelligence dashboards that can integrate data from Antsomi CDP 365 itself and external third-party sources (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, databases). You can build, stylize, and add various components like charts (area, bar, line, pie, pivot table, scatter, scorecards, tables) and text/shapes, configure date ranges, and make reports interactive. Reports can be downloaded or shared.
• Data Sources: This feature manages the connections to internal and external data sources that feed into your reports. It allows you to create new data sources for various connectors like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Analysis: The Analysis feature provides tools for querying and processing data, including an SQL Workspace for advanced data manipulation, and allows you to manage and update activity schedules.
07. Settings
The Settings section generally covers the administrative and foundational configurations for your Antsomi CDP 365 account and its functionalities. This corresponds to the Portal Settings module and includes other system-wide configurations.
📚 What you can do here:
Ticket
• This refers to the Ticket Management module, which provides a system for users to easily raise support requests and questions and receive quick replies from the Antsomi CDP support team.
Channel Integration
• While the primary functionality for setting up and managing specific destination channels (like Email, Web Personalization, SMS) is located in the Marketing Module, the overall integration and availability of these channels can be considered a part of your system's configuration. This ensures that Antsomi CDP 365 can connect with various communication means to deliver your messages.
Web Personalize
• This refers to the feature allowing you to deliver personalized website experiences, often through media templates like pop-ups and banners. Although its campaigns are managed in the Marketing Module (under Customer Journeys), the ability to set up and deploy these personalized web experiences is a core capability configured within the system. You can define display zones on your website to improve web personalization performance.
Histories
• Across Antsomi CDP 365, various "histories" are recorded to provide transparency and traceability of actions and data processing. While not a single menu item under "Settings," you can find:
- ● Import Histories and Export Histories in the Data module, which provide information about data uploads and downloads.
- ● Action History and Schedule History within the Customer Journeys feature (under Marketing Module), which record details about when and how audiences entered a journey, tracking individual Process IDs and their statuses. These histories are essential for monitoring campaign execution and troubleshooting.
- ● Computation Histories for Segments in the Personas module, showing whether segment calculations ran successfully.
By exploring these key modules, you're taking your first confident steps into leveraging Antsomi CDP 365 to transform your business into a data-driven enterprise. Each section offers tools to unify, analyze, and activate your customer data, leading to more effective and personalized marketing strategies.
Glossary
Destination node
A component within a Customer Journey flow that functions as a marketing output of the journey. It is explicitly different from a *channel* (the communication means) as the destination represents the vendor or specific service provider used for delivery (e.g., SendGrid or Gmail destination for an Email channel). In a Dataflow, a Destination node is used to push processed and transformed data to various channels, which can be internal or external to CDP 365, such as Google Sheet, Google Audience, Facebook Audience, or BigQuery.
Variants (Level 3)
Variants (Level 3) represent the third level of a Customer Journey (following Journeys and Campaigns). A variant is the specific template or content (such as an an email or media template) delivered as the marketing message within a campaign. A single campaign can contain a maximum of five variants. These different variants (creatives) can be sent randomly to customers based on the delivered probability set by the user.
Data Schema
An application or feature within the Data Module. The Data Schema provides an overview of Business Objects, Events, and Sources, along with their respective attributes in CDP 365. It illustrates the relationships between an event and the Business Objects, often filtered by Source.
Computation Histories
A tab or feature found within the Segments interface. Users can check the Computation Histories to review the Computation Status and see whether the segments have successfully run or not. Ensuring the segment's computation status is successful is crucial before initiating a customer journey that relies on that segment.
The relationship between a Journey, Campaign, and Variant (Level 3) is structural, like a layered cake: the Journey is the overall scenario, the Campaign (Level 2) is tied to the specific output channel/destination within that scenario, and the Variant (Level 3) is the specific piece of creative content (e.g., the exact text or image template) delivered within that campaign.
